Jack Stack Cheesy Corn
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 30 ounces frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 3 ounces ham, diced
Directions
Heat the oven to 350° F.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the flour and garlic powder. Add the milk all at once. Cook, stirring constantly, until melted.
Stir in both cheeses until melted. Stir in the corn and ham, then transfer the mixture to a 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
